Swordfish Energy strives to achieve best-in-class performance while preserving the safety of the people that work with us, fairness in the workplace for our employees and partners, and a "beyond compliance" model of environmental management and land stewardship. 

What does this mean? It means an open door to management for employees and stakeholders to voice concerns that our policies may have been violated, and maximal response to ensure those concerns are addressed.  If and when they should occur, all safety and environmental incidents are reported both internally and to the requisite authorities, and remediation efforts are undertaken as soon as possible.
